Gained weight after Christmas? Help is right...

Here!

 Nike + GPS app!

Instead of buying an expensive exerciseclock, you can now have a calorie counter, a map of your route, timer + more in a single app.

Menu: This is what the menu looks like in Nike+ GPS. (Bilde: iAppworld)

The App is very easy to use. First, you simply press the "Start a New Run" and then you will get another menu of choices. In this menu you can choose whether you want the app to take the time while you run, how long your route is, running against the clock,or the last one where you can decide how far you run, measured in miles or kilometers . When you choose one of these you will get another menu of choices. Here you can choose whether you want music while you run, if you're to run indoors or outdoors, and the last one is pretty ridiculous ... Get applause from Facebook friends. Facebook updates your status during the race and show your friends how much you run, the time you spend, and if they think you're clever, they can send you an applause you can hear if you listen to music along the way.
After each run, the app stores your run and will appear in the "History" tab. This is a good thing if you have a goal of training and want see how much you have improved yourself since you started saving runs.
There is also a GPS built-in app that works very well. This route can remember from previous trips if you remember to save after each trip. A nice thing if you want to see how much you have accomplished in one trip, or want to take it again.

The first time you start the app, it wants you to enter weight, height, and gender. This is because the app can adapt to you personally.

So, if you exercise regularly or have just started to train as this app is useful!
